Last year I received an email from Renee asking if I was interested in photographing her upcoming EP Like A Boss.  When speaking about her vision for the cover Renee referred to artists such a Jessie J, Ariana Grande and Amy Winehouse as inspiration. We began the search for the perfect location , upon our search Renee found The White Monkey, a antique store located in downtown Ottawa. They were gracious enough to let us use their space to create the EP cover as well as some promotional images.

Nine months later it was time for Renee’s EP release party at LIVE! on Elgin. Opening for her was  Mack & Ben ,  A groovy, heartfelt, and soul-filled sibling fronted group from Ottawa.
